Are they blade or ceramic type fuses?
I think the manual that I linked to you only covers machines with the later blade type fuse box which is on top of the dash to the right of the steering wheel, not the earlier ceramic type fuse box on the right side of the dash cowl
It sounds like you have bought one of the white to black cab transition models as it has the Perkins engine, not the Leyland, so one would have thought it should be closer to the configurations described in that manual. But of course JCB so anything could happen
