Taken today in Brum; crane operator in one of two tower cranes working on some new building that has replaced or is replacing the old library.

Quite a variety with some high quality images and unusual machines in the farming category.
But the 1st prize must go to Gerard for capturing a stand-off between a loader and a dumptruck - you can sense the tension, highlighted by the stormy backdrop and strong sunlight:
