Thats a scene that we don't see enough off nowadays, The council gets Colas in for tar and chippings on the hottest day of the year then the tar doesn't set and the chippings part company and block the drains job done!! I am glad everyone has responded to my initial post as it has produced some great pictures this month keep em coming every month now.
