Hi. Having problems with the Perkins Perama engine of my mates Alldig. Has anybody out there got, or know of, either a complete 3 cylinder engine, or a cylinder head for one at the very least. Having filled the sump and most of the rest of the engine with water via a very leaky head gasket, they then said "Oh Dear" and left it in there for three months! The head is probably severely warped, due to having been run without any water in it. However since topping up, one set of the cylinder inlet and exhaust valves are extremely rusty having been immersed in the water. If I can't get a replacement, I will try and get it reconditioned. The rest of it doesn't look too bad. We can only hope. Cheers Tim
