I would agree with you Jason, the "A" frame is not right, its attached to the tractor with hydraulic jack legs set in a angle at the base of the frame .. the MK1's the whole A frame used to drop to the floor ... the boom and dipper are totally different to the MK1, even the very early MK1's .. but as you say unless its a sort of prototype.

It had me fooled.
The A frame arrangement looks so similar to the early JCB one with the angular arrangement of the legs, but yes as Martin says the whole arrangement drops down on the early JCB.
Being a David Brown owner I should've recognized a David Brown back actor as I'm on the lookout for one but they tend to command high prices compared with other makes.
