I have not seen a Venieri in the UK but a quick use of Google suggests they are Italian and still available. It might be possible to contact the manufacturer and obtain a pdf manual?

I asked Venieri for a repair manual in Italy.
They do have a repair manual but they sell it more than 200€.
I'm eventually gonna buy it...
