Seen an article on the 631K,dont know how many of the fellow member,s have seen anything on them.
These were set up for push pull which i think is a great idea, you can slip one in with some 37,s and save on the big tractor having to push them.Trying to find out some spec,s for them. The word is Cat wont be building anymore 51,s because they dont have a motor big or strong enough for it,which is stupid because anyone that know,s scraper,s know,s the fastest and cheapest way to move lot,s of dirt is with 51,s.Make,s me wonder what else they are going to phase out just because of California,s bloody emission control,s which affect the rest of the world. Will post some 37k photo,s when i see a real one.

Re: 631k
Actually it's pointed to a login page and yup, it's also a "darkweb" [sarcasm] site that doesn't cater to ordinary html anymore ... read it wants to peek inside your computer and gather tracking info. [Yes, I'm using XP too.]
I tried with a service that downloads files, which probably is highly unlikely to be using XP, and they got pointed towards a login page as well.
The whine about the operating system is just adding injury to insult.
These newish wannabe "Darkweb" sites think they are being pretty clever ... but what's the difference between their darkweb and TRUE deakweb. It's not going to be too long (by law because there is an obvious loop hole) before all web sites must direct (like the good old days) older or different browsers to content which is a simplified version of content and not one that taunts them for not having the latest mod con.

Re: 631k
Apologies it does take you to a Cat site that requires log in, can't attach the vid as file size is too large.

Re: 631k
They can build a motor for a 51 (the 657 is still in production after all and would be the same engine) however, doesn't appear to be a global appetite for a large single engine scraper.

Hi Dave,
Same front frame on a 651E and 657E, the serial number prefix are 89Z for a 51 and 90Z for a 57.
The engine is the same arrangement number for both as well.
