Interesting, Hy-mac's in photos no1 and no7, the one in the first photo is a 1080, very rare 
the other is a 580, nice Poclain pic too, a 75 and a 160

The 'Blitz' loader is an interesting creature, almost certainly predates the similar type Unimog loader. On the door it says Road Clearance Contractors - seems very specific for an activity that could be achieved with regular plant hire.

I would guess immediately Post War army surplus easier to obtain and cheaper than more mainstream industrial?
