how do they load the loader does the front or back come off the trailer or was the loader lifted on with a crane ? thanks for sharing and any more imfo

The front part of the trailer ( the neck) is attached to the truck and that is attached via a hook arrangement to the main front part of the trailer which is uncoupled and then lowered to the floor , when loading they drive the machine on then pick it all up again. i think it has its own engine /compressor to power the lift and lower side of the operation ( sorry for long winded answer). If you look in the wheel loader section of the forum you will see more pics, also i am no lorry driver :think:

As jim said above the trailer comes apart just behind the neck but in this case just behind the set of wheels called a interdolly at front of the trailer !

Is that the 990 out of Moorcroft? what has it been replaced with?

Yea Luke that's the one, it hasn't been replaced the 775's have gone and now the 990. At the face is a Volvo EC700c and 2 Bell B40D's running to the primary crusher.

Thats a shame, i had a play on the 990 there for an hour about 9 years ago! :P Spent a bit of time on the 9L as well.
