dependant on where you live, you should have a local diesel specialist who can repair and recondition injection pumps. ussually you'll get a quote before they start to do anything, but as it is a pretty old fasioned design i shouldnt expect it to be any more than 3 or 400quid. as for the tin work, good stuff is hard to come by, you may be better to find a local fabricator and get him to copy them.
good luck.

Hello Martyn,I have'nt sorted any pictures yet(am far more proficient on a machine than a computer,so am waiting for my other half to sort them). The machine is a 1968 3c2 with (I think) the Nuffield engine, she's in good order, all works and digs, the cab is one of the best I've seen. The bad points, leaky steering ram, noisy hydraulics(am sure it's just low oil level),missing door and a transit steering wheel(looks very wrong in there!).I bought the machine to restore being a lifelong JCB fan but currently just do'nt have the time to dedicate to it and am struggling for storage alongside my working machines so she's gotta go!
Have to say I'm thoroughly enjoying the site, nice work.

Simon ... is your cab of the variety that slants back rather than forward ?
Shame you have not got the time to do the old girl up, if the hydraulics are screaming then yes low oil level ..
