Where to get the best machinery insurance for my Grader

Post #1 by Machinery-pro » Sun Oct 31, 2021 1:28 am

Hi all I thought I would ask the group for some advise on getting insurance for a grader i have had for 3 years. its a John deere 670 GP. I have been using fastmachineryinsurance.au since i purchased it but I was thinking I was paying a bit much and was looking to start shopping around. Can anyone advise on good reliable services. or Is it best to go with a broker?

There is only one specialist machinery insurance company which I am aware of on this side of the world and that is Footman James; but I suspect there are others and if you visit a few machinery forums you may be recommended a company used by others, just type specialist or classic/vintage machinery insurance into any search engine and you should get a result.

I suggest going with a broker. They work with several insurance partners in order to find the best deal on insurance coverage that's right for your machine.
