Re: Austrailian adventure
Hi,
Thanks for all your good wishes. We did have a wonderfull time.
I'm still trying to download and eddit 20 plus m.b. of pics an videos, but here's a brief look at some of the Austrailian haulage scene.
Most trucks out there have "DOGS"
A dog is anything on a lead behind a truck.

Hi Jeremy
The reason i ask is because they mostly seem to be right hand drive, but i cant recall seeing any right hand drive American trucks in the UK.
I may be mistaken tho

Hi Jeremy,
Here's an Atki I cought up with at one of the shows, and a few more Brit trucks.
Sadly I don't think any trucks are made in Oz. now, (except possibly Iveco)???
GM Holden, (Vauxhall), Ford and Toyota are all set to cease car production by 2017. The story goes that Toyota have been experiencing union troubles and the last straw was when on the Monday after Auatrailia Day (Jan 26th) only 60% turned in for work with the rest reporting sick.
