What a waste of equipment; both the diggers and the missiles fired at them 
Perhaps they should try hitting the real targets; the living ones! Don't we live in a barmy soft society

Didn't really seem to be doing much in terms of "constructing defensive positions" in the middle of fields with no structures visible.
I think it was a case of they were easy safe targets. Not likely to cause controversy hitting any civilians in the middle of a field. Waste of time, resources and money.
