Inherited a Yumbo Y-35, and want to restore it to working condition

I recently inherited a very old Yumbo Y-35 model with a house in France, it seems to be the french model of the classic Mitsubishi machine. As far as I can tell it hasn't been working in over 10 years, and has been abandoned in an overgrown field during that time. It's a fantastic looking machine and I think it's doable to restore it to working condition.
I have a small team of friends and family to help me get it working, including some mechanics and a naval engineer, so I'm hopeful that I can get it working. But I am having a lot of difficulty finding maintenance and user manuals for the machine. I was hoping that someone on this forum could point me in the right direction to find them? Or perhaps one of you have even restored one before?
Regards,
Alan
