Hello John,

The "Dishes" are actualy the wheel hubs, with the wheel bearings and brake disc etc.

these couple of pics may explain better than i can, also a exploded view of how the hub goes together.

What do you think about driving these trucks? Is it better to have the centre mounted cab? or do you prefer the left hand side cab?
I think the visibility at both front corners should be better but, don't you feel strange with the body at both rear sides? ...like driving a combine harvester with the huge creal tank at the back...

I think access to the cab must be a bit tricky since the door hinges are located at the front... it is obvious the cab was designed for rear access (ADT)... Jumping from the cab seems to be impossible in a difficult situation...

Hey Euro A,

Only had limited seat time on 770, 772 takes a bit of getting used to, tend to rely on mirrors, manouvering in tight places is kinda hard but i supose after time you'd get use to it.

Hi SRB,
Thanks for your reply. I guess it must be more common for ADTs drivers.

One advantage of a centre mount Cab is the Op doesn't get bounced around as much ...
