To be honest if you do a proper strip out of all the timber in roof and floors you've just got a shell to bang away at.

Now heres a real challenge that would probably be done with a million pounds bit of kit these days (and be a million times safer) :D ;-

If that gable end and the chimney stack had come down I don't think the cab on the Drott would have helped much. :shock: :shock: :shock:

You'll never believe it scoob, just got back from a site clearance job your way down in gloucester! :lol: Send over some pics of the house and I'll give you an idea. Famous last words, now everyone will know how I'm pricing!!!!! :doh:

Thank you Big Kit. I have replied via email with some photos. Depending on the outcome I think we should give CMN credit for giving us the opportunity to contact each other but at the same time keeping sensitive information to ourselves.
