12 stud? That's a lot of studs!
I wonder if it was built by a trailer manufacturer for Ferguson. The later MF were made by Weeks and then (I think) Marston.

I had forgotten about the K series. Evolved from the Trader bonneted (normal control in my old Ladybird book). On looking up just now, apparently the cab type was German origin. The old long bonnets carried on well into the 60s with the Ford K, the Bedford J and BMC WF. They must have been well pas...

TBH I have never ridden in the 2 stroke Commer, only one with a 6.354. There were a few 4 wheeler Commer tippers about when I was kid but I would have guessed the Dodge K500 with the tilt cab and Perkins was a better vehicle. Dad had the latter from 66 to 69 and was a big jump in comfort from the LA...
