Thanks for that guys I thought what Id bought would be fine but being an newbie JCB owner, I just wanted to be sure and compared to whats there, a load of fresh oil and new filters all round should help it breath and run a whole let better. Fingers crossed

Yep, all glass doors and the big shift lever as you say, which strangely will only select forward after having been put into reverse first.
