when I worked for a jcb agent we took a couple of air start 19s in part ex (think they came from r m douglas) a bloke from hastings bought them to mount on barges for dredging,I had the job of starting them and loading onto the trailer if I remember right the main fuel tank was under the engine and ...

hi I have never worked on a machine of that year so not sure what valve block is fitted (worked on much older machines) if the spool is jammed in the block I would hazard a guess that the spool has a crack in it and this has opened up under pressure, also the bucket moving when you start the machine...

hiya the following relates to the early3c valve block I would think that the problem is not ram seals as the machine digs ok first thing to check is the arvs these are located top and bottom of the the block the problem arv will be the one the spool moves away from if the boom wont lift the valve to...
