Well with shinning the light at different angles I was able to see International Harvest Co.

Excellent sometimes the makers plates have a tendency to fade or rot away, or even fall off which makes identification an issue particularly with machines that were not so common; at least you now have a starting point to obtain further information.

Thank you Johan,
You live and learn. I didn't know IH produced a grader of their own.
Quite a few used the IH power unit though including Adams and Gallion.

Well good job Johan. Those are the only pictures that I can find on the net so far. The reason for that is because that's my grader that I bought. Lol. I really do appreciate all your guys help because this one really has me baffled.

Tidy grader there Brace, by the looks of it joy/ stick control is not a new concept like the newer graders on the market.
