Having new brake tester fitted at work - This was in the way when they arrived today left by the Groundworkers and GAP (even though their depot is opposite wouldn't move it neither would the brake tester installers so after telephone instructions from Graham off I went

Technically speaking none because you had received instructions on how to operate it and you were not using it to dig with; yes the law is as clear as mud does my head in. Even if you had your full ticket for one and there was an accident where somebody was killed both the company and yourself would still be subject to prosecution makes me sick that's why they no longer call it 'an accident' they refer to it as 'an incident' just so that somebody can be blamed, so I wonder if accidents even exist anymore.

Nice looking bit of kit! GAP seems to be a big user of Kubota excavators, in fact I don't think I've seen any other make with their logo on it. Never managed to visit their depot though to see what they have.
The impressions I get from speaking to drivers on these machines are fairly highly rated though.

Hmm I haven't seen any of those yet. The only non-Kubota plant I've seen from GAP are their site dumpers lol. Thanks for letting me know.
