Hi folks,
My rear axle seals leak like a good un, just had to put 2 gallons of oil back in the box
Do any of you knowledgeable folk know if I can get away with taking the rear wheels off and replacing the seals with no serious dismantling? If so, are these seals listed on fleabay the correct size and type?

Thanks

Re: JCB 3C2 - Rear axle seal questions?
Can't fit the seals without pulling out the half shafts.Have to remove the rear cover off the diff housing to then remove the nut on the end of the shaft to pull it out.Would think the bearing will need heated/pulled off the shaft to allow the seal on then. Not quite sure.
The correct seals will be imperial. If you convert the sizes above(apart from the width) to inches, they are slightly different to the pt no. ATJ1024,which is for Leyland tractors but should be the same as JCB.
