Old D7 in Ontario, Canada
Passed an old D7 that has been abandoned in a field near my town. I am guessing it is about late 1940's or early 50's ???

It's in the Kawartha Lakes district about 2 hours drive north/east of Troronto. It's on 6th Concession Road east of the town of Coboconk just before the turn off to Burnt River Road.

D7; Most likely a 7M, 3T or 4T 1940's
7M was the agricultural
The 3T was the commercial version, 4T was the army, sent in their thousands across to Europe and even more to the Russians. Most stayed there, the deal was that they didnt return to mess up the after war market. There was also a 6T version for the navy, most of these went to the Pacific war.
Hydraulic blade is a later add on, originally a cable blade with an overhead gantry back to the winch. Very sound tractor, very solid very reliable, still do a good days work. Looks like the donkey motor has been removed and replaced with a direct start.
