and a few from when they were employed by DSM to take down the conveyer bridge at the ex rover factory in longbridge

it had just lifted the large section of bridge free from the main support sections and it was hiolding it over the road when it broke down and then it took another 30 mins to repair the crane so it could drop the bridge piece on the site of the factory so it could be cut up and loaded into skips by a smaller DSM volvo excavator

i am not sure what size it is can anyone suggest what size it might be??

Those in the last pic are A Liebherr LTM1800 with telescopic boom and derrick! Maximum lift Capacity of 1000t! I saw this crane close hand a couple of years ago and it is awesome!

it lifted that bridge section with ease and was MASSIVE!!

The Kato's Ainscough run are normally for training guys up on them! Chris Barrie had a go in one at the training facility on a programme on the Discovery channel!
