Found some long lost slides ...apologies for the quality, they've seen their best day I'm afraid. I've tried to tidy them up a bit.

Hi Rusted,
Thanks for the pics....a nice looking Drott.
Was that you in the seat?
Did you like operating the old girl?

I remember a demolition Co in Melbourne had a 150 or 175 in the late 70s.I always thought the IH Drotts looked good in working mode.

Hi Jim,

No, not me in the saddle...these pics were taken in about '69 in Brisbane. The old 150 was pretty tired and wasn't popular with the operators; it was traded on a new 951B not long after these pics were taken.

Nice to see a 150 again, we had one on a site back in 1974 in Bradford on Avon. I remember it arriving on the low loader as a non runner & I pushed it round on the deck then pulled it off the low loader onto the grass verge & onto site with my 8D. Once it was running, I recall using it to move concrete one day & the linkage was that worn the bucket flopped about like mad. Most of our kit was Ex coal board & this was one of two IH track shovels we had. The other was a Drott 250 & was in very good condition. Never got to drive that one though.
