Re: New Posts / Unread Posts Problem
You described the login issue correctly:
Login and check remember me
Click new posts link
Login requested again (along with the message to accept)
Interestingly I've just opened the site in a new tab whilst logged in on this tab and it's ok.

Re: New Posts / Unread Posts Problem
Win 10's new "edge" - PITA IMHO, is putting it mildly Holger.
[rant]
I was called on to see if I could help with someone's new computer as facebook would not work. it was "ultimately" flash related, (as well as wrong system time) but no matter how many times I tried to visit the place stated to update the flash, edge did not show me a page from that site with anything remotely helpful. When I went to go to other places, edge did not show me those I view as very helpful, ( a blank page) or at the most, not all of what I sort of expected. It did flawlessly guide me to pages that it "wanted" to display, but those I saw were completely harmless to anyone in the computer business. Finally the last straw, was the google search site, where I typically just update the info in the top search box for a new search ... a brand new, non infected computer decided I would not have anymore keystrokes.
I describe "edge" as being the new dozer on offer, that someone has removed the steering clutches and not only that, also decided a steering wheel was also out of the question to replace them, along with any other "useful" alternatives.
Another win 10 fail too, unlike primitive systems like XP, if for whatever reason the system time entered is out by a year or more, win 10 won't tell users the awful cookie issues plaguing them might be the time mismatch. [xp or the older browsers I use, DO on the other hand] [/rant]
Dah, Yeah in another thread Hi From Hertfordshire Holger states he has deactivated some things.

If Graham had the same issue as me (win7pro) was that as the page loads (for instance 'classic pictures')the posted pics appear but are greyed out with the type 'loading notes' on them - as the page completes the pics dissapear and are replaced with a little clickable box with 'image.jpeg' on it.
That aside, for some reason today my login and pic issues have gone - haven't tried the 'thank' button yet though!
Edited to add... 'Thank' button now working!
