Ok, I have extracted the Blaw-Knox leafletts to separate topics.

Please scan the pages a little bit larger, it is not easy to read them as they are now

topkit wrote:Oh no ive got about 700 brochures and publicity pieces that i have kept from various magazines etc, i even found two old Construction news magazines from 1976 the other day one had an article on backhoe loaders which featured 3C mk2 MF 50B Hymac 370 etc will the new machines ever be as interesting ?

Hi Guys,
Maybe it would be worth starting a thread on old articles also, i would like to see some of the old construction news bits that David has

Time to get scanning :brravo:

I was not the typical 10 year old kid in 1970 who looked forward to a copy of the Beano or Dandy dropping through the letter box each week. No, I looked forward to opening Construction News on a Thursday morning particularly if I could see there was a shiny A3 sized poster inside advertising a JCB 3C or similar. Over two or three years my collection increased and I remember photographs of a 5C working on the M5 in Gloucester. Unfortunately these were binned when I left home. Do any of these still exist as it would be great to see them again?
