Are those the same Moore (top picture) who ran the TS24s and done work on the channel tunnel, Bath bypass etc ?

I think my favourite is the one with the 19 RB loading the "Thornycroft Sturdy" tippers,
I'm pretty sure that's a "Motorail" dumper being loaded by the dragline.
Can anyone tell me what the dragline is
It's certainly not a Ruston,Smith, Priestman or Rapier. It may be an American import left over from the war years
