Downloaded infranview but cant seem to retrieve the photos. got some good ones to!

Hm, where have you saved the photos?
The location on your harddrive you have to know to be able to resize them.
Also: be careful to set the option to save the resized photos in another folder. Otherwise your high resolution photos will be replaced by the resized ones.
