1990 jcb 1400b no gears working

I have a 1990 jcb 1400b with 445/164/6/00249 gearbox. it was working find until I tried to shift from 3rd to 1st now it wont go in any gear, here what I checked the relays there working ,there is power to the solenoids,they looks fairly new but not sure if working, can not here any noise comming from them. what solenoids do the clutch use, is it the same one as f/r one on top of transmission.
