Where the Chaseside model numbers related to some form of capacity?

My documents says:

LM 1000: rated payload: 4500 lb (2040kg) Engine Ford model 590E 6-cyl 96hp
LM 1500: rated payload: 6000 lb (2720kg) Engine: 127hp at 2400 rpm
LM 1750: rated payload: 7000 lb Leyland 6 cyl Engine 151 hp gross
LM 2000: rated payload: 8000 lb ( 3620kg ) Leyland 6 cyl Engine 127 bhp at 2400 rpm :oops:
LM 3000: rated payload: 10000 lb Leyland 6 cyl Engine 221hp (SAE rating) :insomnia:

As I can see, its probably Kirkstall axles on my machine, Is it possible to get parts for these axles?
Anybody know about these axles ?

Started this year by takin out the engine from the machine:

Used my old BM Tractor as a lifting help!

I have been lookin for the parts to the rear axle but cant find any brand or axle number on the diffrential, (except the Chaseside name on the hub)
could this be a Rockwell axle ?

some of the axles where made by kirkstall axles,i think they where or probably still are,chaseside just changed the end plates.in general most axles where interchangeable.hope this helps.i have a parts book for info on this model if you need me to e-mail any copy pages let me know on my e-mail. john_preston@hotmail.co.uk

looks like new pistons and liners,and crank check over.bottom end on these leylands never too bad.new gaskets re-assemble refit and off you go for another 50 years.

Fredrik. Sorry to be over two years since your original post. I wonder how you progressed with the Chaseside. I did my apprenticeship with Chaseside in the 1960's.
