The Classic Machinery Network

Hello i have a JCB 3c digger that is insured and taxed ,for my own use on my own land .i have to travel about 500 yards to my other field . my fields are classed as camping land .and and area on natural beauty land ... and how been told if i want to park my jcb in garden / dwelling or on this land when not in use i have to,,,I have change the use on my land to storage .......does make sence ?, i thought if it was insured and Taxed i could drive on the rd and bring it home like a van .. what do you think ????

i do and have done for years , its doing jobs all the time its parked on your land , just waiting for materials
