As you know Ian, Metal theft is a massive problem in the rail industry. We have earth straps stolen off wagons as quick as we fit them.
The signal cable theft is a rife, causing delays to passenger and freight and costing millions per year.
They use wheelie bins to transport scrap up at Tremorfa, one guy threatened to smash my car up if I reported him, told him that he would end up in the wheelie bin if he tried that.
