Nice pics :thumbup: and a rare sight these days , still a good tool for topsoil strip I would imagine.

Tidy work there Tim. I dont remeber seeing many 931s, is it based on a D3

What sort of hire rate would you get for a 931 ?

Not sure on the spec or hire rate Chaz,I think the owners use it on their own contracts

based on old 933 series.good little piece of kit.not many machine men today can work these.

It had little to do with the 933, they brought out the D3 and 931 at the same time, based on the same skid unit. First models had a twist grip throttle on the transmission lever, 3 forward and 1 reverse, which wasn't popular and soon got replaced by a 3f3r box.
