As one of the apprentices at Savilles back in the sixties we had visits to the I H factory in Doncaster and at a later date to Rubery Owen at Darlaston.
At Darlaston I can well remember basic BTD 6s being fitted with their Drott loader equipment, I wasn't aware however that Owens made parts for the other machines shown in the photos.
Thats something new I've learnt today.

Thanks Peter

Hello Peter
Yes, they made parts for other machines.I am well impressed by the help I have received from Rubery Owen and indeed the Drott family in the USA.John Drott jr has told me that he is very pleased that a lot of Drott tracked loaders in the UK are being preserved. He said his dad would have been so proud that the Drott name is so popular amongst presevationists

Thanks for the picture & info Martyn.
In Adelaide,Australia, ROH (Rubery Owen & Hemsley) made 4in1 buckets for MF 300s & others.I must have seen the ROH tag on the back of the bucket about 1000 times.
