It's a Cat filmed working on a new town Glenrothes in 1959 , anyone know what model ?

This looks like a Cat dozer around the Operator area,but with old 977 style Crowd arms.
Maybe a local manufacturer made the whole Blade/Loader assembly.I'd like to see the oil tank on the other side.
During the 70s/80s,Komatsu offered a similar blade set-up for it's Crawler Loaders.Their Product Catalogues showed them.
I've seen some Komatsu booms with holes provided for the adding of the blade lift bars.

The detachable blade is an unusual addition but I think the loader is a Cat HT4.
