I wonder why the 4 wheeler S21 has a different molding lower grill?

I think it may have been for a front mounted pto pump to drive the mixer?

IIRC there are 2 survivors -- the well known restored one

Looks a beauty but even as a kid I could not believe the were selling LAD cabs in 1971.
