Does anyone have a contact number for a scraper rope supplier.It's 1/2" blue strand are langlay in 300' and 500' spools.Last time i actually bought some would be around 2001 but I cant' remember if it was some I'd had in the yard that I could have bought in the 1990's!It used to cost about a £1 per foot.

Nicky I'm taking a guess here but I would of thought that any decent lifting gear company would be able to supply you with this? Just a thought!

Certex in Dartford is where I get mine. Not expensive I dont think, got some new here but you might as well buy direct.

most crane hire firms sell s/hand rope they take off for safety reasons,this will be o.k. for scrapers. good luck.jak.
