O&K RH6 hydraulic part?

Can anyone tell me what this piece is?? It’s off my O&K RH6 HD and constantly seeps oil out. I changed the 3x little orings but no change. It’s held on with 4 hex bolts....
while I have no idea what part this may be, my advice would be that if it works okay but seeps a little oil then you can either get the flat surface licked over on a surface grinder to ensure that it is flat or try some sealer on it, let us know how you get on, others CMN members may know what it is.Jeremy
