Powerfab 1200XD Missing A Hydraulic Filter Element?

Hi All.
Im a new member who's looking to service my Powerfab 1200XD but cant seem to find any hydraulic filter elements on the machine ? There's what I assume to be a return filter housing just after the the oil cooler on top of the reservoir but there's nothing inside the housing just a spring loaded plunger on the top? Is there a filter element missing from inside? The top image is the housing with top removed, the bottom image is the underside of the cap.Also are there any other hydraulic filters that I don't know about? Cheers Mark
