Got a new beacon for my 3cx

hi i recently bought a 4 foot britax lightbar with 4 rotators for my project 21 3cx i got it for a good price on ebay from a guy up in thurso but am now wondering if it will look a bit over the top and also if the battery will cope with the 4 lights i'am sure i have seen a 3cx super with one of these before bt not 100% sure so just looking for you're opinions

Grant,should be ok with the Britax lightbar fitted-we have supplied local authorities for years with no problems.

thanks david was speaking to a guy at work who thought it maybe to much for battery so thought i had better check first will just need to figure out the best way to mount it think i will mayb make up a bracket of some kind i'am also thinking of fitting lights into the white part in the middle and wiring to the sidelights

i fitted mine with a frame with two magnets ,and got an extra plate to screw to the cab ,as when under low trees they soon break :thumbdown:

i have 2 singles bolted on to the round metal plates on the cab at the moment so thought i could bolt it onto them.don't suppose you have a picture of you're digger to see what it looks like

no sorry mate this was on an old machine ,i am thinking of putting some of these on each corner of the cab of my next machine
nothing to knopck off under trees and they are very visible when on roadwork :thumbup:

We have a 3CX operator who's got a 3 beacon light bar and two single beacons on the roof as well as one on the jack legs! No one can say they didnt see him coming....haha

ok the leds are smart we have them fitted on our gully tankers think they are brighter than halogen beacons i thought about getting 2 and puting them on my jacklegs but only use them on dual carriageways or when working on the roads.haha better not forget to switch all those beacons off at lunchtime it def wouldn't start lol blackpool illuminations eat your heart out

anybody know where to buy replacment lights for the main driving lights and also the front and rear roof work lights for a 3CX
