Yes Fred I could have sworn that I had seen one still badged as a Merton when Hymac had taken over Whitlock but whether I remember that correctly I cannot say; I will have to see if I can find the picture of it?

Just checked out some pics on my old pc and yes the Merton loaders were badged as Whitlock after Hymac had taken over the company; however the Merton name did appear on that particular advert but not on the loader itself.

Do you know who made them Fred? The cab looks very much like the one fitted to the old O&K machines of that period.
