John, I'm pretty sure the split rims were done away with around 1972-73.

It was a good buy for someone though as its still out there and road taxed to Oct 2012 :) Thanks for posting pic Dave.

Classic 1976 shot of a new JCB 3C MkII with the then new option of the extra hydraulic line to power hand held attachments working near the Rocester factory at Gt Cubley village.
