Hi all.
As title, we've been trying to remove the boom to king post pin for the last 4/5 Saturdays and today was the day of reckoning. Tried all the usual routes, heat etc, so today we used a 30ton jack (porta pack) and the O/A gear and the 7lb sledge hammer. + we burnt the pin out of one end. I've never come across one as stubborn as this, anyway the barstewards out.

Re: JCB 3cx stuck pin.
I have a pin to remove on my Manitou /NH handler. You can't even get on the end of it. It is on a tipping link and someone suggested cutiing out with a slot disc. Trouble is I doubt I can get to it with a disc of any size to get right through.

Hi all.
Fixing boom ram, and fixed. A little mechanical help was required.
