I thought they were missing a tilting front loader bucket?

There appears to be six hyd lines running down behind the loader bucket - 2 for the quick release pins on the backplate, 4 for...? If a blade was fitted maybe tilt and angle?
There also seems to be a box on each arm by the back plate
By the time you've done all the training, got all the tickets for it and done the risk assessment for each activity, you'd be close to retirement.
