For reference:
AB = 1004-4T (turbo)
50535 = Parts List Code for ordering spare parts
U = UK build
784415 = unique serial number
"B"? = Build Year (having trouble reading this) - if it's a "B", the build year is 1996

geko... i think that you got the wrong number.
AB50585 u7844158

Thanks - corrected the Parts List Code.

The unique serial number should be 6 digits followed by a letter.
Could you check to see if it's an 8 or a B? (A P8 certainly fits with a B)

Sorry but forgot the picture....
But yes, its a "B" - 1996 build

Helio as long as coolant is not being ejected from the cooling system once the engine is hot, this indicates that it is okay, now if it was blowing the coolant out then you either have a blown head gasket or the radiator core is blocked up with dirt, but normal system circulation should be okay.

The coolant is at the same level all day. I kept an eye at the radiator and the expansion vase hourly and nothing diferent. The level is ok.

Sounds okay to me then :thumbup: just keep an eye on your temperature gauge when you are using the machine.
