3c mk11 seals and bushes

Hi,
I recently bought a 3c mk11. Looking to fix a few leaking rams and fix the play in back actor. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a parts manual? (to find compatible part numbers for the seals and bushes)

I bought a dvd version from Ebay but it dont seem up to much.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
