Grey Cab bucket pin boss dimension

Ok the bucket pin boss on the dipper arm on my newly acquired grey cab 3CX is very egg shaped, I'm going to cut it out and replace it with a new one, question I have is what should the internal diameter be ? Pin is 45mm then thickness of bush etc ?
