The Classic Machinery Network

Newbe here and wanted to share some pics of my new to me 1550 3c. It does have some electrical problems that i have to sort out but overall it is in pretty good condition, no leaks and very little rust on the cab. The serial number is 15/n/2/024/304586/7 which i would appreciate any help to decipher.
Also trying to find a service manual the download page doesn't seem to have anything that covers 1984 years any links to one would be very helpfull.

Welcome, looks good, never seen a back hoe with chains on before.

thanks all. chains came with it, they are a real help in the snow on hills. waiting for warmer weather to start restoring it.I retired last year and this was one of the things on my bucket list.

were you ever able to get a shop manual?

Completely different hoe set up to what we see in the UK.
