Re: JCB 3D2 speedometer gable?
I had 2 made a couple of years ago, one for me and one for Mark Rive, (also on this forum). I believe that Mark had to abandon his project, don't know if he still has the cable.

Mark has not posted here for a while I suppose you could send him a pm and see if he answers or perhaps Martyn Henley may have a Farcebook contact for him you would have to ask him.

You could also ask on the Leyland/Nuffield forum, I would guess they use the same.

Might depend on the fuel pump fitted.

Re: JCB 3D2 tachometer wire ?
The ends of the leyland cable will be the same but I believe it won't be long enough as it has to pass under the fuel tank and up to the dash.On the tractor,it'll run straight through the bulkhead,I think! Had that problem with the 3cx where a MF cable would have fitted each end but needed to be near a metre longer for it to reach up below the tank.Ended up getting a new one from diggerparts.net.
